Virgin (AGAIN)

Virgin have fixed our broadband (lets hope), but now the phone is not working.
According to their service status page, there is nothing wrong. So I tried to find out how to find out whats wrong.
Here's their advice if your phone is not working:

Alternatively, you can test your home phone services by calling our automated phone service on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone

Brilliant! If your phone's not working, call us on your phone! imbeciles!!
