I sold my house a week ago, and I'm eagerly awaiting the problems to build up until the final move.
Problem 1 - A buyer is having problems at the start of my chain. The problems are not insurmountable, as his seller intends to move anyway. However, the idiot estate agent from the property that I am buying has taken it upon himself to question whether my sale will go through.
Why is buying and selling such a chore in this country?
Surely there's a better way?
Why do the lowest forms of life appear to be running this system?
